**Delta Ridge Master HOA Assessment Schedule-Semi Annually due the first of the month in January and July**

 ~Note, Payments cannot be processed over the phone or dropped off/ sent to the Raleigh Office~
 
New for 2023:
Statements for the semi-annual HOA payments will no longer be automatically mailed to all residents as in the past.  Many residents are paying the assessments electronically so are not using the paper statements.  This will save the Association money as only residents who request statements for the semi-annual payments will be sent one.  The cost of the statements for those residents that request one is $3.00 per statement or $6.00 for the year since there are two payments for 2023 .  This cost will be added on to your HOA assessment account.
 
**YOU MUST OPT IN VIA THE COMMUNITY CAFE SITE TO RECEIVE A STATEMENT**.  Statements will not be automatically sent to you and you must have an email on file to access Community Café.
 
Community Café - As of January 1, 2022
 
Towne Properties Community Café is our homeowner online portal. To register for the first time, or to make a payment, you must have an email on file to visit the Towne Properties website (www.TowneProperties.com) and choose Login, then HOA/COA Login.  The first time you register, the “Registration Code” will be your 7-digit account number, which starts with a "t" and can be found on your payment coupon. Once you are registered, you can make one-time payments via e-check or credit card, set up recurring payments (applicable 3rd party fees will apply based on payment type), or view your personal account information such as account ledger, architectural applications, violation letters, and much more! 
Please note payments via e-check will direct you to the Alliance Bank Site https://pay.allianceassociationbank.com/Home.  You will need to provide the following information, located on your coupon, to register: Mgmt. ID (6883), your 4-digit Assoc ID (7530), and 7-digit Account No. (starts with a “t”).

Auto Pay through Alliance ($.95 fee per transaction)
Credit / Debit Card via Community Cafe~
$3.95 fee for Debit ($0-$999.99)
$4.95 fee for Debit ($999.99-$1,999.99)
$9.95 fee for Debit ($1,999.99 and up)
$2.5% fee for Credit
